Campus Life
Hopkins has three conservative campus groups: the College Republicans, Voices for Life, and The Carrollton Record, a conservative newspaper. The italicized groups are affiliated with CampusReform.org's Campus Leadership Program, which provides groups with advice, assistance, and many kinds of support.
The seven liberal student groups include the College Democrats; ACLU chapter; Feminist Alliance; Social Awareness and Gender Equality; Students for Choice, a pro-abortion group; Students for Environmental Action; the Diverse Sexuality and Gender Alliance; and Students Educating and Empowering for Diversity.
But both conservatives and liberals support the nonpartisan group Support Our Troops, which tutors children of military families and holds fundraisers to support wounded warriors and Hopkins alumni serving overseas.
